I grew up in the small town of El Dorado, AR before moving to Slidell, LA when I was 16. This small town is where I cultivated my love for the outdoors and curiosity about money. Also, I enjoyed playing many sports growing up along with hunting with my grandfather, Dad and brother. My love of sports led me to University of Louisiana- Lafayette where I played football for 4 years and met some life long friends. I obtained a Finance degree from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette. I started my career with Ameriprise Financial where I worked as a financial advisor for 27 years attaining the Private Wealth Advisor title. I founded Hunt Wealth Strategies in 2025 to provide a higher level of customized service to each client.
I’m a proud father of two beautiful daughters . Together, we enjoy traveling, skiing and shopping (their favorite past time). Some other things I enjoy are boating and golfing and just being outdoors in general, living an active lifestyle
